Megawide Construction Is Set To Build a New Grocery Store

The Philippine construction giant Megawide Construction is set to build a new high-density commercial center grocery store named Landers Superstore.

The grocery store will be located inside Aseana Business Park in Paranaque.The total project will consume 18,710.91sq.m of floor area and will cost about P554 million.

The Construction company will use its innovative precasting solution. This will make the project turnover quick. 80% of the structure will be made through precast.

The store's construction started last March 20 with a concrete pouring ceremony, led by 2 company executives and officials. The grocery store is set to have a soft launch this coming December 2024.
